- Applications are invited against the following post which will be based at a new service providing 24 hour housing support and housing management to single people and couples who are homeless:_

**Role: Senio**r Night Hub Worker

**Hours: 42.12 h**rs/week (12 hour shifts worked on rolling 4 on, 4 off rota across all days)

**Contract**: Permanent

Your role will be to work with the Deputy Manager to co-ordinate overnight services and to manage a team of 3 front time staff who are responsible for engaging with clients and supervising their conduct, health, safety and welfare during the night-time.

Able to relate and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals and agencies, you will have experience of working in a homelessness, housing or support setting delivering services to people with complex needs and a range of mental and physical health issues.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using their own initiative to make decisions who has a proven ability to lead, motivate and get the best out of people.
