Join Our Team: Sienna Senior Living is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents, including preparing and administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Document and follow up on concerns and complaints from clients, families, or team members, seeking assistance from registered nurses when necessary.
- Promote clients' self-care and self-sufficiency, emphasizing adaptation and abilities, promoting wellness, and providing preventative health education.

Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing, Healthcare, and/or Rehabilitation as a Registered Practical Nurse.
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
