Main Duties:
  1. Manage a small team of up to 12 staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Oversee the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding guest expectations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  4. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:

Proven hotel management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
