Salary: $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy screenings and evaluations to identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
  • Provide daily treatment sessions to seniors, including transfers, exercises, and activities
  • Billing and documentation of services rendered using Net Health (formerly Optima HCS)
  • Discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions to home or other care settings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Certification from NBCOT
  • State license for the state in which services are being provided
  • CPR certification
