Senior Living Attendant

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of your work, including resident care, food service, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personalized attention and support to residents, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Staying up-to-date with new developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living setting.
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- An unwavering commitment to customer service excellence, consistently demonstrating empathy, kindness, and understanding in all interactions.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
