Children and Young People Care Coordinator

We are a leading provider of residential care services for children and young people, and we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. We offer a competitive salary of £36,814 - £39,004 per annum, plus a sleep-in allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including 6 weeks annual leave and additional leave at 2- and 5-years' service.
