We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Wilderness Way.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,814 - £39,004 per annum, plus a sleep-in allowance. Our benefits package includes 6 weeks annual leave, additional leave at 2- and 5-years' service, and fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

What We're Looking For
  • You have achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • You have experience working with children in residential care or similar settings and can navigate challenging behaviors effectively.
