Job Title: Residential Care Manager

Avon Search & Selection is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Manager to lead our care team in Keswick. As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of person-centered care and support services to residents living in our Residential Care facility.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

  • You will manage a team of care professionals in delivering comprehensive care and support services.
  • You will develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of residents.
  • You will maintain open communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • You will participate in quality assurance activities to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
