Lead Residential Care Role in Central Keswick

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Care to join our Client's well-established Residential Care facility situated in the heart of Keswick. The facility offers 24-hour care for individuals over the age of 65, with a special focus on supporting those living with Dementia.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
  • Prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant is desirable, but not essential. What is crucial, however, is your ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of dedicated care staff, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents.
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • To collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and therapies, to provide comprehensive care and support.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary of £38,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
