Our Senior Housekeeperis an integral position within Calvert Lakes working closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to deliver a high standard of cleaning for our visitors, ensuring that areas are hygienic and clean.

You will be providing key operational support and in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day housekeeping and room changeovers are completed to a high standard.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate that you are a flexible and motivated team player who is able to effectively communicate within the Operations team to ensure issues are reported in a timely manner, ensuring our visitors have an excellent experience.

If you are a hardworking (changeover days can be demanding), flexible and motivated housekeeper, with the skills and experience to manage a small team. An ability to work to deadlines, ensuring that Calvert Lakes facilities are ready for our guest’s arrival, and want to be an essential part of the team that makes a difference in people’s lives we would like to hear from you.

**KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES**:

- Servicing residential bedrooms and public areas to the highest possible standard (full training provided).
- Addressing any minor issues during a check
- Reporting any larger issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Responding to guest requirements (additional linen, supplies or care equipment).
- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with the ordering of cleaning chemicals and domestic materials
- Conduct regular checks, as requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Carrying out linen preparation work in the laundry room.
- Compliance with all health & safety, company and legislative policies applicable to Calvert Lakes
- Provide leadership to the housekeeping team in the Housekeeping Supervisor’s absence.

**Salary**: £11.43-£11.98 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
