Learning Support Professional

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at Beaumont College. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with students who have complex needs, including those with long-term health conditions and autism.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to our students, enabling them to access their learning and reach their full potential.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
You will be responsible for assisting students with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and medication management, as well as supporting them in academic settings.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a free online GP service, wage stream, and pension scheme.
