Student Empowerment Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Academic Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will work directly with students in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping them to develop strategies for effective communication and personal growth.

You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs, enabling them to access their learning and participate fully in college activities. You will also contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that promotes student well-being and fosters a sense of community.

• Working directly with students in a dynamic and supportive environment
• Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Fostering positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Benefits and Salary
