Job Description

Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad ranging role with a focus on:

  • Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Workforce Planning: Providing strategic workforce planning advice to business leaders to ensure the right talent is in place to deliver business objectives.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Senior HR Support: Providing senior HR support to business leaders to ensure they have the necessary HR expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Organisational Design: Developing and implementing organisational design solutions to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Member CIPD: Holding a Chartered Member CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 7: Holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of HR Business Partnering: Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large scale organisations with unions.
  • Strategic HR & OD Experience: Experience of strategic HR & OD including - Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.

What We Offer:

  • 6 Months Contract: Working on a 6 months contract via Hays time sheets.
  • Pay: PAYE £/Umbrella £39-49 per hour.
  • Minimum 3 Days On Site: Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth.
