We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Imaging Support Assistant to join our team at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our CT scanning department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain effective patient flows for CT examinations, ensuring efficient and safe patient care.
- Organize and coordinate CT lists, prioritizing patients and communicating with radiographers and radiologists as needed.
- Assist with cannulation and observation checks, providing high-quality care to our patients.
- Liaise with wards and other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

Requirements:

- Strong clinical understanding and awareness of governance processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress.
- IT literacy and ability to review the Radiology Information System regularly.
