About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Radiographer Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of radiographers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a 24/7 on-call requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize patient workload and theatre lists to achieve seamless patient care
  • Liaise with ward staff and other departments to ensure timely transfer of patients to and from IR theatre
  • Supervise and train support staff to maintain high standards of patient care
Requirements
  • Recent NHS experience
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ability to work flexibly 24/7 and on-call
