X-ray Imaging System Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Science and Technology team to optimize data analysis and system performance.
  • Investigate methods to minimize X-ray imaging system dose footprint without compromising performance.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of X-ray performance standards and dose exposure in cargo and vehicle imaging.
  • Design and develop tools for analyzing X-ray images and predicting image performance.
  • Create detailed analytical models to forecast detector response to X-ray illumination and reproduce X-ray spectral compositions.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to enhance image quality through advanced filtering techniques.
  • Pursue the design of high-performance X-ray imaging systems tailored to cargo and vehicle inspection requirements.
