Job Description

This Clinical Services Secretary position provides administrative support to a specialty team, focusing on secretarial duties for the Director of Breast Screening, clinical Radiology Lead, and Breast Radiologist group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Breast Imaging department.
  • Liaising with the clinical team to arrange, cancel, or alter clinical commitments.
  • Managing diaries for senior staff members.
  • Generating and maintaining consultant rotas, annual leave schedules, and other commitments.
