Due to continued success in growing our existing client base, and an increasing number of AV service & maintenance contracts, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in this field. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager / salesperson to join a successful company selling unique audiovisual solutions.

  1. Maintain regular and close contact with existing clients across various market verticals, staying abreast of any developments in their organisations, looking for opportunities to improve or expand our services to them.
  2. Sell in a consultative way, working closely with technical pre-sales teams, to provide bespoke solutions that deliver business objectives that are unique to each organisation.
  3. Sell support and maintenance contracts, backed up by our excellent in-house service team, which includes remote technical support and field engineers.

We design, supply, and install a wide range of audio & audiovisual systems for commercial organisations across multiple market sectors, including corporate offices, leisure & entertainment, public, and retail.

About the Role
  • This is a key member role, playing a core part in revenue generation and customer advocacy.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate sector, as well as experience in delivering bespoke audiovisual projects.
  • A passion for sales and account management, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
