Job Description

We're seeking a Certified Oliver McGowan Trainer with Learning Disabilities to lead training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion.

As a trainer, you'll use your lived experience to educate and inform others, helping employers implement effective inclusion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion, bringing a unique perspective through your own experiences and Oliver McGowan certification.
  • Address participant questions to help them understand and implement inclusive practices.
  • Stay informed on best practices in neurodiversity and workplace inclusion to keep training sessions relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must be a certified Oliver McGowan Trainer
  • Lived Experience: Must have a learning disability
  • Skills:
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Ability to engage with diverse groups
  • Education/Experience: While specific educational backgrounds aren't required, experience in public speaking or previous training experience is a plus.
