About The Role

Lloyds Clinical is seeking a dynamic expert to lead the delivery of clinical excellence in homecare. As an experienced Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, you will be responsible for shaping the future of clinical homecare, guiding the delivery of evidence-based best practices and leading quality improvements.

You will have a proven track record of converting evidence-based educational concepts into successful delivery and implementing changes and improvements across clinical teams. A strong background in education and training, alongside management experience overseeing direct reports, is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement education strategies to improve clinical skills and knowledge
  • Lead quality improvements and drive commercial opportunities
  • Mentor and support direct reports in their professional development

**What We Offer**
