Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at Lloyds Clinical. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes through effective education and training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical services. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients and stakeholders.

Lloyds Clinical has over four decades of experience supporting patients in their own homes, workplaces or communities across the UK. Our comprehensive range of treatments spans from medication delivery to specialised nursing for complex conditions. We work collaboratively with the NHS, pharmaceutical companies and private medical insurers to provide the highest standards of service delivery and patient outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a fully expensed company car and fuel card, laptop, mobile phone and personal protection device, annual bonus scheme, 36 days annual leave, private medical insurance, up to £1200 refer a friend bonus and company Pension Scheme.
