Clinical Lead for Healthy Child Programmes

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead for Healthy Child Programmes to join our team in West Essex. As a Specialist Public Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving positive change to families and using their expertise to improve outcomes and safeguard children and families.
As a member of our team, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, including Health Visitors, School Nurses, and other colleagues who work together to provide family support.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care.
- Use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain a high-quality and cost-effective standard for Specialist Public Health Nurse/Health Visiting practice.
- Participate in effective partnership working with other agencies and take a lead professional role where appropriate.
Salary: £43,041 - £60,441 per annum (Band 6), depending on experience.
