Job Title: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Essex. This is a rewarding role that will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people experiencing mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and young people, particularly those with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. You will be responsible for managing and providing clinical and case management supervision to other team members, as well as assessing and developing evidence-based treatment plans for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with parents, caregivers, families, and educators to develop care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will also contribute to the development of individual or group clinical materials and training programs.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and case management supervision to team members

Requirements:
  • MHST EMHP Supervisor qualification or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CBT evidence-base
  • Direct clinical experience working with children and young people
