Mental Health Specialist Therapist Opportunity

The Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications from highly motivated and compassionate individuals for the position of Mental Health Specialist Therapist. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to individuals within our mental health services, promoting their recovery and optimal functional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of our patients.
  • To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices in mental health settings
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
