We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Nurse to lead our paediatric emergency team. Based at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, this is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with excellent leadership skills, assessment abilities, and enthusiasm to join our dynamic team.
Job OverviewThe role of the Senior Children's Nurse will be to lead the team in assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire.
