About the Role

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Paediatric Dietitian to lead our Community Paediatric Dietetics Service in West Essex. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing the service and ensuring it meets the needs of local families.

You will work closely with the Paediatric Lead Dietitian to develop the service, providing expert advice and support for children with food allergy, faltering growth, feeding difficulties, restricted eating, and gastro issues. This will involve managing a clinical caseload, contributing to resources, audit, and service development, and training other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of nutrition and dietetics. You will need to be experienced in working with children and families, and have a strong understanding of the NHS and its policies.

Please note that we require the successful candidate to have HCPC registration, a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, evidence of Continuing Professional Development, and minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Estimated annual salary: £55,000-£65,000 based on experience.
