Salary: £46,011 per annum FTE (including High Cost Area Allowance and enhancements)

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day running of the IPU, overseeing a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. This role will involve 75% clinical and management responsibilities and 25% audit, research, and education.
