We are seeking an Education and Training Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to play a key role in supporting the education and training of nursing students and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training courses, working with stakeholders to ensure that all nursing students on placement within the trust receive the best possible education experience.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to take a leadership role in crisis situations.
