Clinical Placement Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that nursing students on placement within the trust receive the best possible education experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to work across professional boundaries to ensure that all nursing students on placement within the trust receive the best possible education experience. You will also be responsible for enhancing the clinical learning environment by maintaining sustainable placement models across all placement areas within the trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in crisis situations, resolving problems across the directorate as necessary. You will also have the chance to communicate varied and complicated information in a way that is understood by all.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As well as a generous salary, you will also enjoy a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, support from a dedicated team of professionals, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff.
