The Workplace Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Care Team Coordinator to join their team in Harlow.

This full-time role offers an estimated salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 4 days on, 4 days off, with a 12.5 hour shift pattern.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage placement plans and weekly reports for residents.
  2. Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure efficient communication among team members.
  3. Ensure timely registration of families with local healthcare services.
  4. Develop and implement effective staff rotas.
  5. Provide guidance and support to staff members.
  6. Maintain high standards of care by addressing resident complaints promptly and effectively.
  7. Foster engaging activities for residents and monitor their sufficiency.
  8. Conduct medication audits to guarantee resident safety.
  9. Identify suitable support staff for families and facilitate collaboration between social workers.
  10. Establish liaisons with regulatory bodies such as OFSTED when required.
