We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Customer Services Team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer contact regarding Anchor services, both internal and external.
  • Support the team to deliver our services through various administrative tasks.
  • Participate in regular one-to-one sessions with your team leader to discuss progress and future support needs.
