Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at the Clinical Support Desk, dedicated to providing highly skilled remote clinical decision-making services across Wales.

Your primary role will involve providing telephone and video-based clinical assessments to 999 callers, requiring a high level of critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

As a Senior Clinician, you will work in partnership with the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch to utilize state-of-the-art clinical decision support software.

This role involves shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with potential opportunities for remote working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.

Main Duties
