Job Description

Company Overview: First Clinical Ltd is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Function as a key member of the Urgent Treatment Centre's management team, taking full responsibility for actions and keeping other team members fully informed at all times.
  • Work alongside other leaders to ensure that all performance and quality targets are achieved.
  • Provide professional operational management support to the Urgent Treatment Centre, working in partnership with Lead Clinicians and others to deliver a high-quality and responsive service.
  • Ensure the flow of patients through the Department is managed, safe, and supports a good patient experience.
  • Develop and sustain relationships between specialties, particularly with the Emergency Department, to establish excellent relationships, strong interface pathways, and clear mechanisms for escalation of problems and performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Be able to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
