Adult Day Services Support Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at InFocus, where you will have the opportunity to empower young adults with person-centred, high-quality care. You will provide support to help them achieve their personal goals, develop daily living skills, and make their own decisions in a community care setting.
InFocus offers a comprehensive induction programme, including mandatory training, to ensure a smooth transition into the role. We also provide opportunities for personal development, including funding for a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, if required.
Working Pattern
The successful candidate will work three days a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:30, with days to be agreed at interview stage. The service closes for the Easter and Christmas holiday period, and annual leave must be taken during this time.
