The Profs is an award-winning EdTech business providing higher education tutoring and admissions consulting to clients and institutions worldwide. We're expanding our sales team to drive growth and support students in achieving academic success.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team as a Customer Success Representative. As the first point of contact for new tuition enquiries, you'll develop relationships with clients and tutors, matching them for long-term success. Your focus will be on sales, client management, and tutor engagement, with opportunities to contribute to our strategy and growth.
About You- Ambitious and driven, with a passion for sales and customer success.
- An excellent communicator, able to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
- A quick thinker, able to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
- A team player, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
- A competitive salary of £25-32,000 per annum, inclusive of expected OTE.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.
- A free gym and regular company socials.
- 31 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays, with opportunities to earn more throughout the year.
