Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team as a Customer Success Representative.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and tutors, and using your sales skills to help clients realize the benefits of working with us.
You'll work closely with our sales champions to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to work with our wider team to help drive our strategy and growth.
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, an amazing communicator, responsible, a quick thinker, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients and tutors
- Use sales skills to help clients realize the benefits of working with us
- Work closely with our sales champions to develop skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of our strategy and growth
- A competitive salary of £25-32,000 per annum (DOE)
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
- A free gym and regular company socials
- 31 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays
- A company pension plan
