We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Moody's RMS Graduate Program. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of experts in climate and catastrophe risk management, and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge products and services.
About the TeamOur Customer Success team partners with clients to ensure they extract maximum value from our catastrophe models, data, platform, applications, and services. We are a global, multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a shared passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive long-term success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
As a Graduate in Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop a range of skills, including:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
We are looking for individuals who are motivated by helping others succeed, have excellent communication skills, and are able to simplify and apply complex technical or scientific concepts for varied audiences.
Required Qualifications- BS or MS degree in related fields: Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Earth or Climate Sciences, Computer Sciences, Software, IT, Risk Management, Insurance.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
