Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team as a Customer Success Representative. As the first point of contact for new tuition enquiries, you'll develop relationships with clients and tutors, matching them effectively and ensuring long-term relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and tutors
- Matching clients with suitable tutors
- Selling our support services to clients
- Working with the wider team to develop sales strategies
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a quick thinking approach, and a responsible attitude. As a team player, you'll be able to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and support the growth of our business.
