The Salt Room is a modern British seafood restaurant located in Brighton, offering uninterrupted views of the seafront and the iconic West Pier ruins. Our menu boasts dishes cooked over charcoal, using the same techniques as our sister restaurants; The Coal Shed & Burnt Orange.
Salary and BenefitsA truly competitive pay package is offered, including free food and drinks when working, team incentives, trips and rewards, and 50% discount in any of our restaurants. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Salt Room. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products from fresh, local ingredients, prepared with skill and passion.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team
- Deliver high-quality dishes to the highest standard
- Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
- Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed
To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for creating fine dishes, handle fresh ingredients, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure. You should also be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
