About Us

Oscars Group is a leading hospitality group with a strong presence in NSW, Queensland, and Victoria. Our group operates across various segments, including accommodation, pubs, gaming, retail liquor, conference and event venues, chartered vessels, and commercial and residential developments.

About the Venue

We are launching a new sports bar at Novotel Brighton Beach, featuring multiple bars, food offerings, a beach club, and cabanas overlooking beautiful Brighton Beach.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive culinary excellence and develop a strong kitchen team. As Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, manage the kitchen functions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and equipment maintenance
  • Manage the kitchen functions and monitor day-to-day performance
  • Ensure the production of quality products of a consistently high standard
  • Manage a budget and keep accurate records
About You
  • Previous experience as a head chef in a high-volume establishment is essential for this role
  • Able to execute new menus, systems, and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience managing COGS (Food and Labour)

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
