Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HRIS Assistant to join our team at Roxwell Talent. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's systems knowledge and experience, preferably gained within a HR or finance department.

The ideal candidate will be an efficient organiser with excellent time management skills, confident in their communication skills, and possess a team-orientated attitude. They will also have a strong rapport-building ability, methodical approach to work, and a pragmatic 'can do' attitude.

The role involves supporting the HR operations team with day-to-day HR data management and firm reporting requirements, as well as assisting with the management and continuous development of the HR system.

The successful individual will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, and previous experience of integrated HR & Payroll systems would be a distinct advantage.
