Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to support the HR operations team with day-to-day HR data management and firm reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's systems knowledge and experience, preferably gained within an HR or finance department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the HR operations team with HR data management and firm reporting requirements.
  • Supporting the management and continuous development of the HR system.
  • Assisting with the design and build of various end-to-end workflows utilizing the system's built-in features to automate and improve processes.
  • Assisting with creating complex reports and presenting data using Excel and Power BI.
  • Supporting the HR systems & processes manager with annual projects, i.e., salary review and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Preparing and submitting salary data for the WTW and Totum surveys and ensuring WTW codes are kept up to date in the HR system for new joiners/promotions, etc.
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll process and integration of data between the HR and payroll modules.
  • Assisting with managing HR system issues that arise and working with the HRIS vendor to find solutions.

The successful candidate will be an efficient organizer with excellent time management skills and an eye for detail. They will be confident in their communication skills (both written and oral), flexible, professional, and possess a team-oriented attitude.
