We are looking for a skilled HRIS Systems Administrator to join our HR team and manage our HR systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our People platforms, such as Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and our new performance system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance across all HR platforms.
  • Develop and document system processes, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on how to use our HR systems effectively.
  • Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve HR systems functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse, and performance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
