About the Role:

Mintel is seeking an experienced HRIS administrator to join our global human resource team. As the subject matter expert on all HR systems, you will be responsible for supporting our end-to-end HRIS business processes with a focus on reporting and application support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assigned functions, such as recruitment, classification review, compensation, employment, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades or fixes.
  • Provide first-level support for employees and managers for system functionality inquiries.
  • Work with users of HRIS systems to resolve system and interface queries.
  • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Maintenance: Assist with all maintenance tasks and processes in relation to the various Ultipro and Greenhouse modules to ensure they are running at optimum performance levels.
  • New modules: Support the development, testing, and implementation of new modules within scoped parameters and in line with Mintel's security profiles and GDPR legislation.
  • Upgrades: Schedule and test related upgrades and arrange periodic database maintenance and development site updates in consultation with relevant departments and HR teams.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the Ultipro and Greenhouse system, log necessary calls with the system provider, and keep users updated on queries raised.
  • Data Integrity: Protect the integrity of system data by ensuring only authorized changes are carried out, conduct data audits and data cleansing exercises, user audits, and security access audits, and maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Training: Create and maintain documentation for managers and HR processes, ensure it is relevant, easy to follow, and up-to-date, take responsibility for all system training materials, provide necessary training on the system to new users, and offer regular refresher training to all Mintel employees.
  • Reporting: Produce ad-hoc management information reports for managers and the accounts and HR team to enable strategic and management decisions, provide assistance to the accounts and HR team to enable them to produce reports and audit reports as required, and assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of system maintenance and administration.
  • Building and modifying workflows within the system, including testing and implementing changes.
  • Extracting and creating reports from the system for statutory and management reporting purposes.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for user queries and raising issues with the system providers for action and training employees and other relevant stakeholders on the system.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system.
  • Ability to support/assist the improvement of modules within the HRIS system.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to end-users.
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
