This is an exciting opportunity to join our CAMHS Inpatient services team as a Clinical Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Ward Matron and Service Manager in all aspects of ward-based delivery, including staff recruitment and ongoing wellbeing.
- Undertake clinical audits and quality assurance to ensure high-quality nursing care is at the core of the ward's ethos.
- Be a key staff member of the ward by addressing issues as they arise when quality is challenged.
- Good Standard of Education
- RN or RN Dip/HE (Mental Health/Learning Disability)
- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Experience of working in CAMHS
- Mentorship Qualification or Equivalent
- Experience of SystmOne
The salary for this position is approximately £43,041 - £62,962 per annum, depending on experience, and is in line with NHS Band 6 rates.
