About the Role:

  • Deliver orders to assigned hospitals, perform site order counts, and replenish stock levels to meet customer needs.
  • Handle raising orders for each ward against set PAR levels and deliver IV fluids to designated areas.
  • Complete inventory checks, verify order arrivals, and communicate discrepancies to the inventory supervisor.
  • Collaborate with customers to manage PAR level amendments and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and report any damage or issues with storage solutions, mileage forms, and vehicles.
  • Participate in service reviews and audits as required.
  • Communicate delivery arrival times and reconfigure wards as necessary.

Fundamental Requirements:

  • Full clean driving license.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with using an iPad.
  • Comfortable traveling to various UK sites.
  • Passion for customer-facing roles and customer service.
  • Able to work in vulnerable adult and children environments after undergoing background checks.
  • Literate to GCSE level.

Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.

Working Hours: 4 days x 10 hours shifts, with a day off on a rota basis. This role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.
