Estate Management Opportunities
We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Conservation Area Manager at Rutland Water. As a key member of our estate management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the park's facilities and landscapes, ensuring they remain safe and enjoyable for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain country parks and facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of service and safety.
- Develop and implement conservation plans to protect and enhance the natural environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement solutions, working closely with the Estate manager to ensure visitor safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategic plans, contributing to the growth and success of Anglian Water.
What We Offer
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
