As a key member of the Digital Preservation Coalition's Conservation Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of public programmes and operational planning, management, and development of the Time-Based Media Conservation team.

This exciting opportunity will see you lead the development of time-based media conservation specialisms within the team, supporting research and development in standards of care and working to support and manage the team.

You will work closely with the Head of Conservation to establish a collaborative and high-performing culture, driving innovation and excellence in the field of digital media preservation.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Conservation, with a professional qualification and experience within their specialism. They will be an experienced manager, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
