Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Broker and Intermediary

About Propel Finance:

We are a leading dynamic Asset Finance business, providing innovative technology and exceptional service offerings to support equipment suppliers across the UK with bespoke finance programs. Our direct customer asset finance offering has been regionally based, allowing us to expand aggressively while supporting approximately 40,000 SMEs, growing at 10,000 per annum. As a multi-award-winning business, we are growing revenues at 20% pa, with plans to double origination and balance sheet over the next three years.

Role Overview:

This role is focused on the strategic growth of key broker & introducer relationships through solid account management and a service-driven approach. You will identify growth opportunities, maximize prospects, and ensure consistent levels of service akin to the Propel brand. As part of our ambitious growth plans, you will play an instrumental role in expanding our scope in the specialist intermediary market.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to complex deals, working with credit & risk to create customer solutions
  • Understand broker and intermediary models
  • Account Management with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities
  • Ambitious and autonomous, with targets to achieve and exceed
