North Lanarkshire Highway HSE Expert

A highly skilled HSE Advisor is sought to join our team in North Lanarkshire, specializing in highway projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and promoting best practices across multiple projects.
- Deliver tailored training based on lessons learned from past and ongoing projects.
- Ensure team readiness by delivering effective communication, training, and competency evaluations.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in highway or groundwork projects, with a strong background in health and safety advisory roles. A NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate and CSCS certification are required. A valid full UK driving licence is necessary.
